Diverse Funding Approach

We’re pursuing a multi-pronged financing strategy designed to build both capital and community:

Co-Productions

  • Partnerships in the U.S. and internationally to expand financing and distribution opportunities

Equity Investment

  • Project launch on Republic to attract accredited and non-accredited investors

Crowdfunding

  • Campaign hosted on Seed&Spark to engage audience participation and grassroots support
  • Campaign timing will align with early investment or co-production commitments to leverage a “matching sponsor/donor” window
  • Potential focus on post-production funding to increase investor confidence once the project is underway

Fiscal Sponsorship

  • Partnership with Film Independent to enable tax-deductible contributions

Tax Incentives

  • Exploration of available tax credits and rebates to maximize production efficiency

Investment Structure

Revenue Waterfall

  • Exhibitor Share: 50% theatrical
    P&A Costs: 10% – 20% for theatrical, festival, streaming
  • Distribution Fee: 15–25% of net revenue

Recoupment Order

  • Deferred payments (cast and crew) receive 100% of proceeds until fulfilled
  • Investors receive 100% of proceeds until full recoupment
  • Preferred return distributed to investors up to 120% of original investment

Remaining profits split

  • 50% Investors
  • 50% Producers

Marketing & Audience Strategy

Early Engagement

  • Marketing begins as soon as the first investor or co-production partner is secured, anchoring the project in momentum rather than speculation

Community Building

We aim to grow alongside a dedicated audience by:

  • Engaging directly with film enthusiasts and emerging filmmakers
  • Creating an open, educational, and transparent creative process

Content Strategy

Community Building

  • Weekly minimum: 1 video post or livestream
  • Structured social rollout across all phases:
    • Development
    • Pre-Production
    • Production
    • Post-Production
    • Festival / Premiere
    • Next Project
  • If multiple projects overlap, we will either rotate weekly focus or expand output through additional content and livestreams.

Creative Access

  • Cast and crew (with consent) featured in livestreams and video content
  • Behind-the-scenes access that highlights collaboration and craft

Campaign Integration

  • Social channels will actively support and amplify crowdfunding efforts
